Might be one of the unusual reviews, but still deserving of credit where it is due. One of our boys unfortunately, hung on the glass shower door handle and misaligned it. Immediately I searched Google for glass door companies and found a few but decided to call Franco Glass. I called and talked to Kevin the morning for repair work and immediately the next day sent two guys to repair it. Swift, effective, and efficient. I would use them again if needed and by the pictures from other clients possibly upgrading on our next home. 5 Stars A1 Service. Thank you.

Wow we were very fortunate to find Franco Glass. Our new shower glass panel and door were installed improperly by another glass company. I called Franco Glass and Kevin Franco listened as I explained our problem. Kevin scheduled us for 8am the next morning to look at the shower door. He took glass door down as it was unsafe and 2 days later he came back out w/all the necessary hardware and equipment to reinstall our shower glass and door correctly. We are grateful for his professionalism, knowledge and his concern regarding our safety w/a glass door that could have fallen off hinges. Thank you Franco Glass!

I will never recommend this company they aren’t professional we start with time frame they tell you 10 days they come with excuses a month later finally installation ok I come to check it out scratches at least 3 so they said don’t worry wait another two weeks so they come and fix it the day came for about two hours trying to send the glass ends more scratch so another 3 weeks to replace panel and at last ask for envoice and warranty ups sorry no warranty I said what you kidding me never go thru something like this call someone else
